​Innovation Managers Executive Learning Program (IMELP) is 8-weeks, module-based initiative by Hindsight Ventures designed to equip professionals with the skills, knowledge and tools needed to build and manage effective Entrepreneurship Support Organisations (ESOs). In today’s fast-paced tech and innovation ecosystem, Innovation Managers play a vital role as enablers, connecting startups with key ecosystem stakeholders such as incubators, accelerators, corporates, CVCs and investors. IMELP is designed to support that role, with sessions covering ecosystem mapping, program design and management, startup selection and support, corporate innovation and impact measurement. We also prepare participants to take on mentorship and advisory roles with startups.

​Across our first two cohorts, we brought together around 30 professionals from 7+ countries, featured over 40 speakers from 17 countries and provided 100+ hours of transformative learning over 32 sessions.
