👋 Join Us!
Come spend an afternoon volunteering at LA Compost’s Griffith Park site. We’ll get to chat with the Compost Managers, and get hands-on! You can pick from shoveling and watering the piles, sifting finished compost, and cleaning up invasive plants at the site. Join us in feeling accomplished, connected, and motivated.
💛 Event Impact
Impact goals include deepening our relationship to nature, reframing waste as part of the food cycle, getting offline and building real connection, supporting grassroots climate work in LA.
Our goal is for participants to come away with a clearer understanding of composting and local waste systems, insight into LA Compost as an organization, grounding volunteer activity, helping out our local community while enjoying connecting with others.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Participation involves inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or death, and you accept full responsibility for those risks.
Release of Liability: You release Better Future Club, Collidescope Foundation, their organizers, event hosts, and event partners from any claims or liability for loss, damage, injury, or death arising out of or related to the event.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Better Future Club, its organizers, and event hosts harmless from any costs, including legal fees, related to your participation.
Media Consent: You consent to the use of photos, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
