From AI written code to training data and deepfakes, generative AI is rewriting who owns what, what is protected, and who is liable. A practitioner's tour through copyright, deepfakes, confidentiality and liability.

20:15 - AI, Vulnerability and Human Autonomy, by Ana Catarina DE ALENCAR, Resident Philosopher at The AI Collective.

As AI systems become increasingly persuasive and emotionally adaptive, they are starting to influence behaviour, emotions, and decision-making in subtle ways. This talk explores the limits of the EU AI Act in addressing manipulation, vulnerable users, and the growing impact of emotionally persuasive AI systems in everyday life.
