Whispers is Pickford's interactive murder mystery where the audience shapes the story live. There's no fixed script. The detective, the suspects, and the case itself respond to what the room decides.
This time, the entire experience is running on a real-time video model, powered by fal.
Last week we were at the 78th Emmys, where Whispers was a finalist for Outstanding Innovation in Emerging Media Programming. That night we also announced our collaboration with fal, who have been post-training custom models on our own in-engine art. Pickford has spent two years building a narrative engine that holds character, plot, and world together across an hour of story even while an audience pushes on it. fal has been building video models fast enough to generate beautiful visuals in real time.
Monday is the first time we're showing the result outside our two companies.
If you've seen the "infinite" live AI channels floating around, this is what happens when you give that capability actual structure, visually and narratively.
