shauhin davari is a communication coach, former trial attorney, and tenured communication professor who spent a decade coaching a national championship speech and debate team to five national titles. he's coached over 200 award-winning speeches and most recently competed on survivor season 48. he founded be you louder, built on a belief he'll share with anyone who asks: the best/smartest/most qualified person in the room shouldn't lose to the loudest. he helps overlooked experts stop shrinking and start getting heard, as themselves.

a decade of coaching high-level communication has taught me this: too many people are taught that the "great speaker" is a single archetype. so coaches push a style that doesn't work for everyone. why? because a one-size-fits-all approach is easier to teach and easier to sell than doing the real work. chasing that style ends up reading as inauthentic, because it is. and it sucks.
