This special evening in collaboration with Toronto Tech Week will feature Géraldine Jippé, our guest speaker whose work bridges AI, digital transformation, conscious leadership, community building and a human-centered approach.
The Menu at Le Lert
Experience the vibrant flavors of Thailand as you step into Le Lert and discover a vibrant, modern take on Thai cuisine where bold spices, aromatic herbs, and beautifully layered flavours come together in an elegant and inviting setting.
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Thailand, Le Lert blends street food favourites, comforting classics, and contemporary creations into a menu designed for sharing, exploring, and savouring every bite.
From colourful salads and warming curries to wok-fried noodles and elevated seafood dishes, every plate balances texture, freshness, heat, and depth of flavour.
The menu crafted by Chef Art and Chef Tempo, blends traditional Thai cuisine with modern techniques, offering dishes that are both authentic and innovative.
Vegetarian & Plant-Forward Dishes
Vegetarian and vegan diners will find a thoughtful selection of dishes that celebrate the freshness and complexity of Thai flavours. Begin with shareable appetizers like the Fresh Garden Rolls, filled with avocado, herbs, pickled vegetables, and served with garlic tofu dressing, or the crispy Thai Curry Puffs and Crispy Veggie Spring Rolls.
Fresh, vibrant salads like the Mango Salad (Yum Ma Muang) and Miang Pomelo combine citrus, herbs, coconut, chili, and crunchy textures for the perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spice.
Comforting noodle dishes like the Classic Pad Thai and Pad See Ew Kua Sen can be enjoyed with mushroom for a plant-forward option, while the vegan Green Curry with Tofu & Vegetables layers coconut milk, Thai basil, eggplant, cauliflower, and aromatic herbs into a rich, satisfying curry.
For hearty mains, the Golden Tofu Garden offers crispy tofu stir-fried with mushrooms and vegetables, while Vegetable Gang Garee brings together grilled cauliflower, lotus root, squash, mushrooms, and warming curry spices in a deeply comforting dish.
Meat, Seafood & Signature Dishes
For those craving bold, indulgent flavours, Le Lert’s meat and seafood dishes showcase the depth and richness of contemporary Thai cuisine. Start with signature appetizers like the Herb Crunch Chicken Wings, Golden Shrimp Donuts, Pork Ribs with Spicy Tamarind Sauce, or the vibrant Larb Beef Tartare, layered with lemongrass, lime leaves, roasted rice, and fresh herbs.
Noodle lovers can indulge in favourites like the Chicken Thigh Pad Thai, Chicken Pad See Ew Kua Sen, or the luxurious Dried Khao Soi with Wagyu Beef. Stir-fried specialties like Chicken Pad Krapow and Beef Pad Krapow deliver bold holy basil flavours balanced with garlic, chili, and rich umami sauces.
Seafood dishes bring a refined coastal influence to the menu: from the aromatic Prawn Tom Yum Soup and Seafood Tom Yum Fried Rice to the dramatic Soft Crab Pad Pong Garee and Black Ink Rice with Grilled Squid & Thai Herbs.
The curries are equally unforgettable. The Duck Confit Red Curry blends lychee, pineapple, Thai basil, and kaffir lime leaves into a beautifully layered dish, while the Pan-grilled Seafood Gang Gati and Deep-fried Soft Crab in Coconut Curry offer rich coconut-based curries infused with lemongrass, fingerroot, ginger, and Thai herbs.
Fusion-inspired creations like the Tom Yum Cream Spaghetti with Grilled Prawns, River Pasta, and the indulgent Le Lert Double Truffle Burger add a modern twist while still honouring Thai flavour profiles.
Desserts & Sweet Finishes
End your evening with elegant Thai-inspired desserts like the beloved Mango Sticky Rice, layered with rose coconut sticky rice and jasmine-coconut milk sauce, or the delicate Pandan Cake with berries and coconut sauce. For something lighter, the Coconut Pudding Mixed Fruit offers a refreshing finish.
At Le Lert, every dish reflects the richness, creativity, and vibrancy of Thai cuisine, elevated, flavourful, and designed to be shared. Whether you’re gathering over curries, noodles, seafood, or small plates, this is a dining experience that invites you to slow down, connect, and savour every moment.

ABOUT OUR MAY THEME : HOW TO STAND OUT IN THE AGE OF AI: RETHINKING STRATEGY, VISIBILITY, AND INFLUENCE
As generative AI rapidly transforms sectors across Canada: including healthcare, education, finance, government, media, law, and customer experience, the conversation is no longer simply about adopting AI, but about how individuals and organizations can strategically stand out in an increasingly automated world.
While AI presents significant opportunities for productivity, innovation, communications, and decision-making, it also raises critical questions around ethics, privacy, misinformation, transparency, intellectual property, algorithmic bias, governance, and human oversight.
In this evolving landscape, visibility and influence will increasingly depend on the ability to combine technological fluency with strategic thinking, authenticity, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and responsible innovation.
Standing out in the age of AI requires a more human-centered approach: one that balances innovation with trust, creativity with accountability, and automation with meaningful human connection.
Together with Géraldine Jippé, who came from Montréal for this Ladies Foodies Club and Toronto Tech Week Edition, we’ll discuss personal branding, strategic visibility, leadership, storytelling, and how to leverage AI without losing your unique voice.
