Patrick Storchenegger, Founder & Managing Partner, PST Legal & Consulting, Zug
Patrick is a seasoned Swiss lawyer with over two decades of experience advising clients at the intersection of law, finance, and emerging technologies. His practice spans national and international tax law, corporate and commercial law, M&A, and FinTech, with a strong focus on crypto assets and regulatory frameworks.
As the founder of PST Legal & Consulting in Zug—a key hub in Switzerland's “Crypto Valley”—Patrick regularly advises blockchain startups and financial institutions navigating Swiss and cross-border compliance. He also held roles as an administrative judge and currently serves as board member for several blockchain companies.
Patrick is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Zug Bar Association, and a VQF SRO member, positioning him at the heart of regulatory developments in Swiss financial and crypto law. He is fluent in German, English, and French.
Ohoon Kwon, Managing Partner, Cha & Kwon Law Offices
Ohoon Kwon is a Korean attorney specializing in corporate law, finance, and IT-related regulation, with a strong focus on crypto and blockchain legal issues. He has advised numerous blockchain companies on ICOs, STOs, NFTs, VASP licensing, and cross-border crypto compliance, including AML and foreign exchange regulations.
Ohoon brings a mix of private practice and in-house experience from global firms like Blizzard Entertainment, Bausch & Lomb, and Amway Korea. He is a vice chairman of the Korean Bar Association’s IT & Blockchain Committee and has worked closely with regulators as a blockchain consultant to the Ministry of Science and ICT and KISA.
Fluent in English and Korean, Ohoon is a frequent voice in regulatory reform, legal education, and fintech policy discussions in Korea.

Minyeong is a cross-border legal expert practicing in both Korea and Switzerland, with a strong focus on blockchain, digital assets, fintech, and international investment law. She advises on the legal nature of virtual assets, regulatory compliance, token offerings, and tax treatment of digital assets across jurisdictions.
She also serves as Senior Counsel at Arcual AG (a blockchain art platform in Zurich), and brings in-house and advisory experience from both corporate and startup sectors—including roles at HDAC Technology AG, Hyundai Group, and Korea Western Power Corp.
Fluent in Korean, English, and French, she holds law degrees from Seoul National University and the University of Lausanne, and is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
