The theme is Automate your workday: before you touch Claude, you work out what you're actually trying to solve, decide what's worth automating and what needs a person to stay in charge of it, then you build it. Most people skip straight to the tool. That's why nothing sticks.
Bring the one thing that eats an hour of your week: the report you reformat by hand, the follow-up email you rewrite every time, the update you copy between three different tools.
Lucy Davis, Chief Commercial Officer at ROIROI is running the day, and she's already living proof of the method. She built this exact fix for her own job, a skill pulling from Slack and Jira that writes the website journal entries she used to type out by hand. She knows where it works and where it doesn't because she's done it on herself first. Same four steps whatever you bring: context, setup, build, test and refine.
By the end you're not walking out with notes. You're walking out with your task built, tested on your own files, and the method to do the next one yourself.
