Radically Reframing Climate Change: A Book Party with Will Hackman
Join Out in Climate DC and author Will Hackman for an evening summer book party, author talk, and book signing.
This event is cohosted by Mary Jacoby, Steve Rochlin, and Nihal J. Krishan.
Will has a professional background in and speaks often on: climate communications, advocacy, political campaigns, movement building, voter turnout, empowerment and engagement for Millennial and Gen Z voters, climate and energy policy, and related topics.
Will’s book is an inspirational guide to discussing and fighting climate change that cuts through the usual myths and scare tactics to provide practical advice. In the three months since its release, his book tour has reached sold-out crowds at Politics & Prose, DC Climate Week, universities, and independent bookstores across the country.
Light snacks, wine, beer, and other summer drinks will be provided. There is street parking and metro access not far away. Address will be provided upon RSVP in a follow-up message.
Copies of Radically Reframing Climate Change will be available for purchase and book signing.
