​Chiaki Iwamoto - Founder of Podcast Club Tokyo

​Born and raised in Japan, Chiaki spent 10+ years living and working in Sydney, Australia, and recently spent 6 months in Italy pursuing her love of Italian cooking. A devoted book and podcast lover with interests in finance and minimal living, she turned her passion for meaningful conversations into Podcast Club Tokyo - a community where podcast enthusiasts gather monthly to discuss inspiring episodes, share perspectives, and connect with curious minds.

​Podcast Club Tokyo is like a book club, but for podcasts. Each month, the community picks one thought-provoking episode to listen to, then comes together for open discussion and connection.

​Tran B. V. Son - ex-CTO and Builder by Night

​Son is the creator of Son believes in "Just start. Ideas come later." He built michii.dev, which started as a simple tool to help teams work together. But once he started using it, he discovered it could do much more like writing an AI book for his 2-year-old or making presentation slides. His message is simple: don't wait for the perfect plan. Start building now, and you'll discover new possibilities along the way, especially with AI.

​James Honeycutt - Director–cinematographer by trade. Community builder by passion

​What began as childhood chess games with his dad grew into international competition, and eventually into organizing local chess nights in Japan. By blending his filmmaking skills with a love for chess, cinema, and retro gaming, James brings different communities together, and continues finding ways to keep them alive, even when spaces and resources are fragile.

​日本で生まれ育ち、10年以上をオーストラリアのシドニーで過ごしました。最近では6ヶ月間、イタリア料理への愛からイタリアに滞在。本とポッドキャストを愛し、金融とミニマルな生活に関心を持つ彼女は、意味のある会話への情熱を「Podcast Club Tokyo」というコミュニティに変えました。ポッドキャスト愛好家が毎月集まり、刺激的なエピソードについて語り合い、考えを共有し、好奇心旺盛な人々とつながる場所です。

​Podcast Club Tokyoは、ポッドキャストのためのブッククラブのようなもの。毎月、考えさせられるエピソードを一つ選び、オープンなディスカッションとつながりのために集まります。

​Tran B. V. Son　ソン- 元CTO・夜にビルダー

​プロダクトマネージャーとエンジニアが一緒にものづくりできるように、というシンプルな想いから始まった michii.dev。今では、2歳の子ども向けのAI絵本を書いたり、スライド作りに使ったりと、想像していなかった形で広がっています。Sonさんのメッセージはとてもシンプル。「アイデアはあとからついてくる。まずは始めてみよう。」完璧な計画を待たずに、今すぐ作り始めれば、新しい可能性が見えてきます。

​James Honeycutt - ディレクター／シネマトグラファ

​子どものころ、お父さんとチェスをしたことがきっかけでした。
その後、海外の大会に出たり、日本でチェスナイトを開いたりするようになりました。

今は、映像のスキルと、チェス・映画・レトロゲームへの好きな気持ちを使って、いろいろな人をつなぐ活動をしています。場所やお金の問題があっても、「どう続けるか」を考え続けています。
