About

• ​Upgrading Women in Tech is a fast, friendly monthly speed‑networking call for women in tech across the UK and Europe (or anywhere in the world if you happen to be awake!). In just 60 minutes, you’ll rotate through three curated small‑group circles (3–4 women) with clear prompts and precise timing—no awkwardness, just quality conversations and real momentum.

• ​Expect a powerful mix of engineers, product leaders, designers, data pros, founders, operators and investors. Come with one ask and one give. Leave with 3–6 new meaningful connections and practical next steps.

​How it works

• ​We kick off together with a quick welcome, house rules and a tech check.

• ​You’ll then join three 15‑minute rounds in small groups of 3–4. In each round:

  • ​Take 60–75 seconds each for intros (role, current focus, one win).

  • ​Use the prompt to guide discussion (shared on screen and in chat).

  • ​Paste your LinkedIn in the room chat to connect quickly.

• ​We reshuffle groups every round to maximise serendipity and useful matches.

• ​We finish with a short wrap‑up and optional shout‑outs or job leads.

• ​After the event, we send an opt‑in attendee directory (LinkedIn URLs only, with consent).
