From Experts to Agents — How to Get Domain Knowledge Into a Form AI Can Actually Use
Most AI projects don't fail at the model. They fail at extracting what the experts know.
This session is for people trying to turn domain expertise — their own or someone else's — into something an AI agent can actually run with.

Description:
Most AI projects don't fail at the model. They fail at extracting what the experts know.
For Session #3, Practical Playbooks Club is built around one practical question:
How do you get domain knowledge — workflows, judgement, edge cases — out of expert heads and into a form an AI agent can actually use?
The technology is ready. The bottleneck is that expert knowledge sits in heads, not in documents — and most attempts to "write it down" produce something AI still can't run with.
This is a small curated session for people who are:
domain practitioners (compliance, operations, healthcare, mining, retail, professional services) who want their work understood by AI
builders trying to extract SME knowledge but stuck at the interview stage
product or ops people who own a workflow and want to package it
anyone who has tried to "write down what I do" and discovered it's harder than it sounds
Format
10-15 min opening brief
Take-turn discussion (everyone speaks)
Open discussion on the strongest threads
This is not a tool tutorial. We are intentionally keeping the room small so that everyone can contribute. Priority goes to people who bring one of:
a workflow you've tried to capture (and got stuck)
an SME interview that didn't produce usable outputs
a process you want AI to do but can't yet articulate
a domain area where the knowledge is locked in heads
Room rules
no pitches
no spectators
unfinished work is welcome
