​Joseph intuitively weaves an overtone rich soundscape utilizing instruments from all over the world, as you, through deep listening, embark on a meditative and healing journey within. Expect around 90m of sound followed by a community building sharing circle.

​We have yoga mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets, but the cushier you can make yourself the better. So bring nesting stuff if you'd like! A closed water bottle is always nice too.
