All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In case of event being cancelled/postponed we will refund only the actual value of the ticket you purchased for and not the service fee.
You must produce either a printout of the ticket issued with the barcode OR the E-Ticket using your smartphone during check-in at the auditorium
Absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY of any sort is allowed.
We reserve right to deny admission or remove patron from the auditorium if any violation is found.
