Experiential Marketing Field Trip

​The Rookie Move Experiential Marketing Field Trip is a full-day, in-person vendor tour for XM professionals ready to deepen their craft.

​We're taking a chartered bus to four of NY's best vendors — 2XL Imaging, 11th St. Workshop, AES NYC, and Bravo Media — for shop floor tours and candid conversations about the production side of the industry that most people only learn on the job.

​Over the course of the day you'll go behind the scenes on wide-format printing, custom fabrication, AV capabilities, venue infrastructure, catering, and how to work with vendors effectively.

​Your ticket includes:

1. ​Round-trip chartered bus transportation from Manhattan (SoHo)

2. ​Breakfast, lunch, and happy hour drinks (alcoholic & NA)

3. ​Four vendor BTS tours

4. ​Presentations across the entire industry
