What language do you speak?
English and Spanish! We’ve got two co-hosts, one native Spanish speaker, one native English speaker, so you’ll be covered either way. We also aim to create a safe space for people to try out their second language.

​Do I need to be a professional motion designer to come?
Not at all. Whether you’re freelancing, studying, experimenting in After Effects, or simply curious about motion graphics, you’re welcome here. And if you’ve got a friend who isn’t a motion designer but loves creativity and wants to learn more, bring them along, curiosity counts.

​What if I’m socially awkward and talking to people is scary?
Same here. That’s why we’ve built in fun, guided activities that make connection easy and take the pressure off.

​How often do you do this event?
We host BAMM meetups once a month in person. We’re also building a BAMM hub with resources, critiques, collabs, and job sharing, plus a motion design festival coming soon 👀

¿Qué idioma hablan?
¡Inglés y español! Tenemos dos co-hosts, uno nativo en español y otro en inglés, así que vas a estar cubierto en cualquiera de los dos. Además, buscamos crear un espacio seguro para que la gente practique su segundo idioma.

​¿Tengo que ser un motion designer profesional para ir?
Para nada. Ya sea que estés freelanceando, estudiando, probando en After Effects o simplemente tengas curiosidad por el mundo del motion graphics, sos bienvenido. Y si tenés un amigo que no sea motion designer pero le encante la creatividad y quiera aprender, también puede venir, la curiosidad vale.

​¿Qué pasa si soy medio tímido y me cuesta hablar con gente?
Nos pasa igual. Por eso armamos actividades guiadas y divertidas que hacen más fácil conectar y sacan la presión de encima.

​¿Cada cuánto hacen este evento?
Hacemos los meetups de BAMM una vez por mes de forma presencial. También estamos creando un hub con recursos, críticas, colaboraciones y oportunidades laborales, y se viene un festival de motion design 👀
