Deep Thinker's Club: Art & Technology Deep Conversation

A weekly Saturday morning conversation club in North Beach, San Francisco for founders, makers, designers and curious minds interested in where art and technology meet.

About your host: Dylan Zhang is the founder and CEO of Pond AI. As a solo founder, he has raised a $7.5M seed round and attracted 30+ heavyweight angel investors.

A personal note from Dylan:

I've always felt like a misfit. I don't go to parties very often, and I spend most of my time alone, reading, thinking and building. I'm a founder, but I've also studied art, philosophy, and engineering. I've always been drawn to deep conversations, exchanging ideas, and supporting others.

I want to create a peaceful spot in San Francisco where like-minded people can meet, make friends, discuss ideas, demo products, and exchange feedback. Hopefully, this can become something like the Homebrew Computer Club, where Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak connected with other curious minds.

No shilling, no self-promotion, and nothing transactional. Just genuine conversations and meaningful friendships. We value good taste and thoughtful discussions, but the atmosphere should feel relaxed and natural, with no pressure.

For a couple of hours each week, let's just be human, not businesspeople.

Funded or not, whether you're vibe coding, designing, building, or simply a deep thinker, you're welcome. Bring a demo (whatever it is) or just your curiosity.

Coffee is on you. Conversation is on us.
