​By registering, you commit to honoring your word and showing up in person.

​A lot of care goes into planning every Thread event. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact hosts, venue partners, and the quality of our gatherings.

​If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so another person can take your spot. No-shows are tracked to protect the quality of the experience. Thank you for helping us raise the standard of in-person meetups.
