About Event

How can we reimagine leadership to be more human?

Many of us are feeling the tension between who we are and who we want to be as leaders. We long to lead with more authenticity, clarity, and courage — yet find ourselves pulled by habits, fears, and systems that keep us stuck in old ways of working.

True leadership begins within — in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. What’s often missing in leadership today is a focus on inner transformation, not just external results.

This experiential session invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the kind of leader you aspire to be. Through guided reflections and practical exercises from positive psychology and coaching, we’ll explore the inner patterns that shape how we show up — and how we can gently shift them to support our own flourishing and the flourishing of others.

Who This Is For

  • Leaders in organizations who want to flourish personally while supporting the flourishing of others.

  • Changemakers in organizations who want to contribute to positive change in a life-giving manner.

What to Expect

You can look forward to:

  • A guided visualization to connect with your most alive and authentic leadership self — the version of you that leads with confidence, purpose and heart.

  • An “Immunity to Change” exercise to uncover the invisible barriers that keep you stuck or prevent you from being the leader you want to be.

  • Designing small, real-world experiments to help you practice new ways of showing up.

  • Meaningful small-group conversations that bring warmth, reflection, and shared wisdom.

What You’ll Gain

  • Clarity on who you want to be as a leader, and what truly matters to you.

  • Awareness of the inner patterns that hold you back, and how to work with them with compassion.

  • A practical micro-experiment you can try right away to begin living and leading in alignment with who you want to be.

  • Connection with like-hearted leaders who care about bringing more humanity into their work, organizations, and the world.
