Bittensor is an open, decentralized network that uses incentives to coordinate independent contributors to build useful AI systems at scale. Breakout creates a shared space to examine how that system grows - from both perspectives at once.
This is a deliberately small, curated event designed to bring people who are already involved together with those who are trying to understand where they fit.
What we’ll explore
Across panels and open discussion, the day will explore questions from both sides of the system:
What’s missing - technically, culturally, or structurally - and how that looks from inside vs outside
How Bittensor is currently understood, misunderstood, or hard to explain
Product, product, product - what people can actually use, build on, or buy
Go-to-market realities for subnet teams and what signals adoption to newcomers
Miners, builders, customers: who each group is optimizing for
Where people get stuck when trying to engage - and what would make entry easier
What growth looks like if the network expands without losing its core properties
This is not a showcase or a pitch. It’s a shared working session on how an open system grows.
