Alive Together: A Climate Wellbeing Gathering for Mind, Body, and Belonging
*We will have some light snacks, but please feel free to bring lunch or any food that will support you. Unfortunately we will not be able to host the vegan lunch anymore due to the change.
**Please note, a small number of free spots were offered for early registration. The event is no sliding scale to support sustainability and accessibility. Please contribute what you can if you feel called. NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS. If you need full support, please message us.
Alive Together is a full day for those who want to feel their way into climate work, not just think about it. We’ll move through grief into courage, using our bodies as instruments of knowing, and remembering we were never meant to do this alone.
The morning turns inward. Through somatic practices, movement, and reflection, we’ll name what we carry—grief, love, overwhelm—and let it move through us. We’ll honor the tension of presence and possibility, learning how our emotions can guide rather than weigh us down, while attuning to the Earth’s wisdom and resilience.
The afternoon turns outward. Through ritual, collective intention, and community courage, we’ll translate inner aliveness into action. Small, grounded choices ripple outward, connecting personal insight, Earth’s guidance, and meaningful care for our planet.
Alive Together is co-created and led by a collective of therapists, climate activists, and authors, each bringing their own lineage of healing, storytelling, and ecological relationship. Meet your co-facilitators:
Amanda Stemen, MS, LCSW, nature-based psychotherapist
Cassie Duffy, AMFT, APCC, eco and Buddhist-informed psychotherapist and relational healing practitioner.
Devorah Brous, Grief Guide, Herbalist, Ritual Facilitator, 2x Nonprofit Founder
Anita Manglani Mawji, master yoga teacher and integrative somatic practitioner
Come as you are. All are welcome
