About Event

On Wednesday, June 17, Phounders, Phunders, and Phans (PH3) is bringing together founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem builders for a community happy hour at Ballard Spahr's stunning 48th floor offices in Center City, Philadelphia.

The evening will feature a conversation with Kim Klayman, partner at Ballard Spahr and our gracious host for the night. Kim will be speaking on hot topics for early-stage founders, including term sheet red flags, founder agreements, and the equity pitfalls that catch startups off guard before they raise. There will be plenty of room for questions from the audience.

Following the conversation, we'll open up the floor for open networking across greater Philadelphia's growing climate tech community, bringing together startups across the built environment, carbon capture, clean energy, food and agriculture, recycling, and more.

Whether you're building, investing, or innovating, this is where meaningful connections begin.
