​Theme: Building AI & Agentic Solutions for Community Impact

• ​FCI Challenge (Track Sponsor):
  Smart Proposal Writing Assistant for Communities – Build an AI co-pilot for small municipalities to craft competitive funding proposals.

• ​ElevenLabs Challenge (Track Sponsor):
  Voice & Audio Agents for Future Cities – Create solutions leveraging ElevenLabs’ advanced voice and audio technology.

  Online kickoff with career talks from industry experts + hackathon strategy tips.

  • ​9:30 – 9:45 AM: Doors open & check-in.

  • ​9:45 – 10:00 AM: Vyom keynote "Skills Development in the age of AI"

  • ​10:00 – 10:20 AM: Challenge announcement by FCI expert

  • ​10:20 AM – 4:30 PM: Focus time (hacking on site; food & drinks provided).

  • ​4:30 – 5:30 PM: Solution showcase (People's Choice).

  • ​11:59 PM: Submission deadline.
