Coffee and Craft Social with Seattle WAC Community
Join us for a Coffee and Craft Social to work on your current projects, whether knitting, crochet, cross stitch, scrapbooking or more! Sip something warm, see what others are making, and feel inspired by all the creativity! We’ll meet at 10am at Human People Beer Cafe to get down to the knitty gritty!
If you’d like to pick up any craft supplies you may need, some of us will meet at Seattle ReCreative’s Greenwood location to browse their selection. Please note that it is a 10 minute drive, or 20 minute bus ride from Human People Beer Cafe.
Who is invited? This event is for those identifying as women or nonbinary. We occasionally have events for other friends and allies so if that is not how you identify, stay tuned for future events!

About Seattle Women and Climate Community (SWACC): We are a local group of climate-minded organizers (formerly affiliated with Women and Climate), who bring women and non-binary climate-curious individuals together to build relationships, network, learn, take action and have fun in the greater Seattle area. Our community has grown a lot in the last 2+ years, and we now organize independently of the global WAC City Lead program. Sign up for our Seattle community newsletter here.
Seattle ReCreative is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting creativity, community and environmental stewardship through creative reuse & art education. They collect donations of used materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill from local businesses and individuals to redistribute to the community. Proceeds from the resale of these goods helps fund their arts programming and supply free creative materials and workshops to the community.
