About Event

This is where you specifically train your ability to perform under high intensity. By alternating between work and recovery phases, you improve your capacity to sustain output even under fatigue. Exactly what you’ll face on race day.

Goal:

  • Improve anaerobic threshold

  • Increase VO₂max

  • Build tolerance to high-intensity efforts

Schedule:

  • 19:00 - Meet Up

  • 19:05 - Warm Up + Runnink Drills

  • 19:20 - Runnink Intervals - Building Speed for Race Day!

  • 20:10 - Cool DownWe run together, we race together!
