Join us for an insightful discussion with James Galvin, Founder and CEO of Starcircle. Drawing on nearly two decades building talent technology ventures and supporting companies such as Amazon, Lucid Motors, DoorDash and Roche. James will join us in the Level 1 Members Bar to lead a thought-provoking discussion on the topic:
DROWNING IN DATA, STARVING FOR INSIGHT -
As AI reshapes how work is performed and how capability is defined, leaders are confronted with an uncomfortable paradox: more dashboards, more analytics, more visibility - yet less certainty when making decisions about hiring, promotion, succession and strategic workforce shifts.
This session will explore how organisations can structure knowledge so that workforce decisions become clearer, faster and more aligned with strategy. What should leaders actually trust? And how can we design systems that enable adaptability in an unpredictable world of work?
A closed-room discussion designed for senior leaders seeking clarity amidst complexity.
*FREE TO ATTEND - REGISTRATION REQUIRED
