Join Women of Culture on Friday, November 7 for an unforgettable evening at The Joyce Theater as world-renowned choreographer Andrea Miller returns with her company GALLIM to premiere MOTHER.
This full-length work conjures a fantastical universe beyond human myth — visceral, mesmerizing, and uncompromising in its exploration of our “Apocalypse of Matter”: the growing distance from touch, skin, and organic surrender.
A collision of fashion, art, and music, MOTHER features an original electronic score by Frédéric Despierre, surreal costumes by Orly Anan, and evocative lighting by Vincent Vigilante.
Plus an intimate reception with company members after the show, and the chance to mingle with fellow arts-minded women over dinner before the show!
