​Sustainability professional with a background in International Relations and Political Science. Felipe supports organisations and entrepreneurs in designing strategies that embed sustainability in a cross-cutting, systemic way.

​Working from an ecosystem perspective, he helps navigate complex contexts, identify strategic partnerships, and develop value propositions that strengthen communities and contribute to more regenerative, resilient models.

​He facilitates and guides transition processes toward sustainable models — conducting diagnostics, impact measurement, and developing roadmaps that turn complexity into actionable business decisions.

​Thomas Pentecouteau

​Design researcher, facilitator, and coordinator of the Climate Fresk in Spain. Thomas helps grow and support a community of practice with over 500 facilitators across the country. He also works alongside diverse organisations in their transition processes, designing and delivering workshops and training on strategic, systemic, and climate-related topics.

​Through facilitation and education, he creates spaces for collective intelligence and practical action.
