Jossie Haines is a leadership and executive coach and former VP of Engineering at Tile, with over 25 years of experience leading engineering teams at Apple, Zynga, American Express, and other tech companies. At Tile, she crafted her VP of Engineering role and then doubled the size of the engineering organization in just 3.5 months. Most recently, she served as the Founding Head of Engineering at SmartPin, taking the product from concept to launch.
Throughout her career, Jossie has navigated the messy reality of building products and leading people through rapid growth, shifting priorities, and constant change. She founded The Leadership Impact Lab after seeing how many engineering leaders were buried in noise without real support. Her mission is to provide leaders with the coaching and AI tools they need to lead strategically, scale their impact, and free up their time.
