Forward Deployed Engineering Panel

Part of Poland Tech Week 2026 · Warsaw, 26-30 October.

Join Delta FDE for a panel discussion on Forward Deployed Engineering, bringing together different perspectives on a role that combines software engineering, product thinking, and close customer collaboration.

We’ll explore what this work looks like in practice, where the model delivers value, and what it takes to do it well.

Our panelists:

• Łukasz Jakubowski @Delta

• Kuba Abramczyk @ElevenLabs

• Michał Rokita @Wonderful

• Patryk Lewczuk @Open Mercato

• Michał Pierzchała @Callstack

Whether you’re an engineer curious about the FDE career path, a technical founder, or a leader considering this model for your team, come for a conversation about building closer to the customer.
