About the Event

Instagram is often reduced to numbers, status, and polished self-branding. For many, it has become a site where self-worth feels coded into metrics and algorithms.

And yet—it still holds the possibility of something else: authentic expression, creative intimacy, and resonant connection across distance.

This workshop is an invitation into that possibility.

Together we will explore how to play the game of Instagram without losing ourselves: how to meet its mechanics with clarity, and how to re-center heart, resonance, and creative truth at the core of our participation.

What You’ll Experience

  • Naming the “game” of Instagram: shadow + light

  • Reframing numbers and metrics into ensouled connection

  • Practical protocols for engagement (feeds, stories, DMs, language)

  • Understanding how to align mechanics with your intention

  • Exercises in discovering your Instagram avatar and creative archetype

  • Reflection on authentic expression, nervous system awareness, and resonance

Format + Flow

  1. Opening Circle – We begin together by naming the game of Instagram as it is: the pressures, the “shoulds,” and the shadows that shape how we show up.

  2. Reframing Instagram – We offer a new lens: how to see beyond numbers and status, and approach Instagram as a place for genuine connection and creative expression.

  3. Connection Practices – Practical tools for using the platform in a way that feels nourishing—curating your feed, posting in ways that fit your energy, DM’ing with intention, and letting every post be a room for real conversation.

  4. Avatar Exercise – A guided reflection to discover your “Instagram avatar”—the role or archetype that helps you express yourself online in a way that feels authentic and playful.

  5. Case Study: Two Approaches – Nicholas and Saga share their own paths: one at scale, one in intimate presence—offering two models for how to align the platform with your truth.

  6. Closing Reflection – You leave with two simple prompts to guide your next steps: “What do I love to see?” and “What is my true intention in sharing?”

(Session recorded; all participants receive access afterward)

✨ A Note from Saga

I invited Nicholas into this circle because he has done what so many of us long for: he has played the game of Instagram at scale without losing his soul. He understands both the shadow and the light of the algorithm, and he can speak to the realities of numbers and metrics while also opening the possibility of authentic connection, expression, and intimacy. One of his gifts is mapping mechanics with precision—and showing how to engage them without being consumed.

My role is to hold the deeper architecture: how we weave our presence online as an extension of our truth, how we tune to the frequency of our hearts and build creative, communications, and business structures from that place.

Together, we offer both the map and the compass for navigating this terrain.
