(Participants can attend and leave anytime during the event but must inform the organizers beforehand.)
Rules and Regulations
1. Group Participation
1. Teams must comprise a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) members.
2. All team members must be enrolled in the same academic year of study.
2. Original Work
1. All solutions must be conceptualized, developed, and completed during the hackathon period.
2. Any form of plagiarism or submission of pre-existing work is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3. Ethical Standards
1. Participants are required to follow ethical coding and development practices at all times.
4. Registration Process
1. The team leader shall be solely responsible for submitting the registration form on behalf of the team.
2. Registrations submitted after the official deadline shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
5. Event Platform
1. The event is scheduled to be hosted on HackerRank.
2. The event platform may be subject to change; participants will be notified in advance in such cases.
6. Certificates
1. Teams achieving top ranks will receive printed certificates.
2. All other participants will be issued digital certificates of participation.
7. Logistics
1. Participants are required to bring their own laptops and power extensions.
2. The organizers will not provide laptops, power extensions, or similar equipment.
8. Ticket Confirmation
1. Participants must retain their ticket confirmation email securely.
2. Entry to the event will require the presentation of the ticket to the organizing committee.
9. Finality of Decisions
1. All decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.
2. No appeals or challenges to the decisions of the organizing committee will be entertained.
Acceptance of Rules:
By registering for and participating in this hackathon, all team members acknowledge and agree to comply with the above rules and regulations. Violation of any rule may result in immediate disqualification or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the organizing committee.
