Looking up cloud pricing or summarizing a cost report? Easy. But the moment you want AI to do something meaningful — identify wasteful spend, recommend a fix, or act on it — the requirements change fast: richer data access, tighter security boundaries, and clearer human oversight.
In this workshop-style session, we'll work through several levels of AI capability in FinOps — from read-only queries to infrastructure-aware recommendations to automated action. At each level, we'll examine what data the AI needs to be effective, what access and security that implies, and where the practical limits are today.
The goal is to give you a realistic map of where AI can save your team time right now, and what it takes to get there safely.
