As always, the event will create a space for learning, sharing, and collaboration — with a strong focus on cloud cost transparency, optimization strategies, and real‑world FinOps experiences that participants can take back to their teams.

Visma – “Centralized FinOps in a Decentralized Organization”
Johannes Egeberg, certified FinOps practitioner working with FinOps in Visma for the last 2 years.
During the presentation of "Centralized FinOps in a Decentralized organization" I will talk about my approach of implementing the Visma FinOps C3 concept within a company consisting of more than 170 autonomous entities. In addition I will reflect on the current and future of FinOps for AI in Visma and how the future could look like working hand in hand with AI.
