AI Up Talk: Marketing at an AI-Native Company: How Fleek Runs Outbound and CRM with AI Agents
Wednesday 19th August: 12pm-1pm
This session is for members only!
ABOUT THE EVENT
In this talk Sanket will cover:
How Fleek runs outbound with agents doing the graft: sourcing leads, writing personalised DMs off a playbook built from 19,000 real conversations, triaging replies and booking the calls. The humans approve, they don't write. This is what "AI-native" actually means once you get past the copilot.
The second brain behind it. Every touch writes back to a memory for that customer, so the agent reads the whole history before it sends the next message and touch five is sharper than touch one. Plus how a plain-English brief becomes a segmented, multi-language CRM campaign with no CRM team in sight.
Why most AI funnels fall over (rate limits, scrapers that hallucinate, funnels with no spine) and the architecture that actually holds together. And the part that should either worry you or excite you: around 90% of Fleek, marketers included, now build their own tools.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Sanket Agarwal is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Fleek, the London-based company digitising the global secondhand clothing supply chain. Of Indian heritage, he leads the technology behind the platform.
He co-founded Fleek in 2021 with Abhi Arora, and has focused on turning years of secondhand-marketplace transaction data into a working AI system. That effort produced Fleek Sort, a custom vision-language model trained on millions of transactions that identifies, grades and prices used garments from a single photograph or short video.
