  Most enterprise AI pilots fail because they don’t adapt to workflows — but small language models (SLMs) are proving to be the future of agentic AI. In this session, I’ll show how developers can train, fine-tune, and deploy their own SLMs, using document validation as a concrete example. Expect a technical deep dive with code, lessons learned, and a reproducible workflow you can try yourself.
