AI for Water: What's Hype, What's Helpful
AI for Water: What's Hype, What's Helpful?
Stop the Hype. Understand the Application.
There is a lot of noise around Artificial Intelligence, but how does it actually apply to a pipe network, a treatment plant, or a compliance report? Join Dr. Gayathri Gopalakrishnan, Founder and CEO, Ecoformatics, for a high-impact, tactical overview of how AI and Machine Learning are currently being used to solve the water sector’s most pressing data challenges.
What We’ll Cover:
The Vocabulary of the Future: What is meant by Artificial Intelligence vs. Machine Learning vs. Large Language Models (LLMs)?
The Water Sector Use-Case Map: From automated data extraction to predictive maintenance - where does AI actually provide ROI?
The Skills Gap: What are the specific technical skills water engineers need to thrive in a digital-first industry? Is AI going to take your job?
Live Demo: A quick look at how no-code frameworks can turn a messy technical report into actionable insights
