β
βOur Engagement Style
βIt may sound silly but this stuff actually really excites us! We proudly nerd out over sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly about OKRs with our peers and friends.
βWe intend for this to be a fun and interactive session. We won't be talking at you for an hour; we'll be working together to explore the power and challenges of OKRs.
βWe want to tap into the collective knowledge of this group so we have two asks for you:
β π· Have your camera on for full-spectrum engagement.
βπ¬ Be ready to come off mute and share your experiences.
βWe can't wait to see you there!
β
βMeet Your Hosts
βAnna Appell: Iβm excited to co-facilitate this small group session with Kevin! I have 13+ years of experience driving business transformation and operational excellence in financial services and technology industries. I worked alongside Kevin at Atlassian for 8 years designing and executing global OKRs from conception through to business impact. Weβre excited to share our experience so that you can apply our lessons learned to your business!
βKevin Noble: I am a mechanical engineer turned operator and finance partner. I spent a decade helping Atlassian scale, running a 135-person enablement organization. In early 2025 I founded Group 18, where I help leaders drive predictable execution, faster decisions, and better margins.
