Barn Sprint F26 — Two Weeks to Your YC Video

​The YC Winter 2027 deadline is November 2 at 8 PM Pacific. The founder video is the one minute of your application a partner watches, and most people record it the night before without having done the work that makes it convincing.

​This sprint is two weeks of doing that work. Talk to users, get a number you can actually claim, and cut your one-liner until it holds up. Then record the minute.

​Every weekday there's a short morning read, a public standup, and a 7–8 PM build block that ends with an 8 PM check-in. Live check-ins with cameras on are Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you book mentor office hours through the Waterloo Mafia app. A rough first take of your video is due at the halfway mark, and on Demo Day you screen the final one, get feedback from the room, and submit that night. Barn Ventures is in the room.

​About 25 spots. Registration needs approval. The ticket is a $100 deposit, refunded in full when you show up on November 2 with your video.
