​A hands-on workshop on collective decision-making and resource allocation. Through guided activities, participants will reflect on what they bring to the table, learn about Ujima’s approach to economic democracy, and practice identifying shared needs, setting community standards, and supporting projects already doing the work. Attendees will leave feeling more grounded in their own capacities and more equipped to dream - and act - together.
