About Event

This panel bridges the gap between available state and utility funding and the practical implementation of EV charging as a must-have amenity for multifamily residential developments.

Moderator: Monica Rosenbluth | Manager, Transportation Electrification Services, E Source Monica has spent years at the forefront of the electric mobility sector, previously managing a diverse suite of EV programs for a major North American utility. At E Source, she leads cross-functional teams to design and deploy feasible, scalable solutions that help utilities achieve their ambitious transportation electrification goals.

Panelist: Zahra Al-Saloom | Program Manager
Transportation, Colorado Energy Office. Zahra manages state-level grant programs and technical assistance that help property owners deploy accessible and efficient charging solutions in multi-family housing.

Panelist: Dana R. Winchell | Electric Vehicle Team, Xcel Energy. Dana is an expert in utility-side EV programs, helping developers navigate grid integration and maximize rebate opportunities for reliable infrastructure.

Samantha Li | Product Portfolio Manager, Clean Transportation , Xcel Energy. Samantha manages the EV Infrastructure rebate programs across Colorado and New Mexico. She understands some of the concerns that multi-family customers may face while they are navigating the process and decision to install EV Chargers.

Panelist: Haroun Cowans A visionary developer and Board Chair for the Five Points BID, Haroun provides a critical perspective on the ROI and challenges of integrating EV amenities into urban housing.
