Gatling Rapid-Fire Consensus

We are bringing the Whitepaper Reading Club to Germany, and we're kicking it off with the first paper in Munich!

A discussion on Gatling: Rapid-Fire Consensus from Parallel Composition, a new paper exploring how blockchain consensus can reduce latency by running multiple consensus instances in parallel, then merging their outputs into one ordered log.

The core idea: instead of forcing every proposal to wait for the previous one, Gatling uses parallel composition to push proposal times below normal network-delay limits.
