aiLights - Robotics @ S3C: A Proof-of-Concept-First Approach to Industrial Challenges in AI and Robotics
How do you know if AI is actually needed for an industrial problem, or if a simpler solution would work better?
In this interactive session at the Swiss Cobotics Competence Center (S3C), you will go beyond presentations and see real systems in action. Through live demonstrations and a guided visit, we will show how industrial challenges are explored in practice by testing different technologies and building proof of concepts before committing to a solution.
You will also see how we turn industrial challenges and needs into robotic innovations, and how our research is grounded in real systems and real constraints. Our infrastructure enables rapid experimentation, helping us understand the problem more clearly and take a neutral view on technology. This allows us to decide when AI is truly needed and when it is not.
Join us to experience real setups, real challenges, and a practical approach to AI and robotics.
Speaker:
Dr. Hakan Girgin
