AI Practice Session: From Idea to Launch-Ready Campaign. Using AI as a Team: Shared Workflows for Fundraising [CFRE-approved]
In this AI for Fundraisers practice session, we’ll explore how fundraising teams can use AI together — not just individually — to create shared workflows that save time, reduce friction, and improve consistency.
Participation in this session is applicable for 1 point in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
Fundraising teams often experiment with AI in isolation. One person drafts grants. Another uses it for donor emails. Someone else tests it for reports.
But the real leverage comes when AI supports teamwide workflows — from data analysis to content creation to internal tracking.
In this practical, example-driven session, the Rosie's House development team will walk through real fundraising use cases across multiple functions — showing how WIZE can support collaboration, clarity, and momentum across your team.
In this workshop, you’ll see:
Grants: From language library to draft-review loop
How to build a reusable language library, incorporate testimonials, and streamline drafting and internal review processes.
Planned Giving: Tracking stages and internal workflows
How AI can support clarity around donor stages, status updates, and internal coordination without adding extra admin work.
Contact Reports: From voice memo to next steps
Turn a quick voice memo into a clean transcription, summary, and clear follow-up actions — in minutes.
Annual Fund: Ideation and data analysis
Use AI to brainstorm campaign angles and analyze donor data to identify segments, opportunities, and messaging priorities.
WIZE as your tech support layer
How AI can function as real-time operational support — helping answer questions, troubleshoot, and reduce switching between systems.
Bonus: CFRE certification is within reach while you elevate your fundraising game! Don’t miss this opportunity to grow professionally and make a lasting impact.
All attendees receive a free WIZE trial account to use during the session. If you’d like to explore WIZE ahead of time and follow along more easily, you can create your free account here.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical examples of shared AI workflows you can adapt immediately — plus a clearer vision of how your whole team can use AI in a coordinated, strategic way.
