Katja Toropainen is CEO of Inklusiiv, the organisation behind Women in Tech Finland (WiT). She founded Inklusiiv to help organisations create better workplaces, and has spent over a decade working with leaders and boards on how inclusive culture and leadership shape business outcomes. Prior to Inklusiiv, Katja was Chief Curator at Slush, where she led programming and speaker curation. She has twice been selected to the Nordic 100 list of influential tech leaders, and has been named among Tivi’s Top 100 IT influencers in Finland for six consecutive years.

Johanna Vilmi is a psychologist and the COO and co-founder of Focus Tiger, a neuroscience-based tool designed to help knowledge workers improve focus, productivity, and cognitive performance. Johanna co-created Focus Tiger after observing in her clinical and coaching work that many professionals struggle with sustained focus in modern work environments, and that this challenge could be addressed with a science-backed solution. In her role, she leads operations and contributes to developing and scaling the product to support sustained attention, well-being, and effective work habits in teams and individuals.

Women in Tech Finland (WiT) is a vibrant network dedicated to building a more diverse and inclusive tech industry, where women and non-binary individuals can thrive. We bring people, organisations, and companies together across the tech ecosystem to share knowledge, celebrate role models, and foster meaningful collaboration. Through breakfast dates, afterworks, mentoring and upskilling nights, and our flagship Women in Tech Forum, we create opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. WiT is powered by a community of 50+ member companies and partners who actively support our mission and help drive change across the industry.

Focus Tiger was founded with a deep passion for bridging brain research into practical work life. Their mission is to help people focus on what matters by building daily, brain-friendly habits.
