Off-Program Workshop – Italian Tech Week 2025

In this workshop, we’ll explore Campus Grapes, the vineyard-laboratory of Politecnico di Torino, to discover how Agritech is used to monitor plant growth, microclimate, and environmental impact in real time—turning a small patch of university land into a scalable model for sustainability.
