About The Event
Resource-strapped founders and busy students share a common challenge: not enough time in the day. Join us for a single-day, high-energy builder session where we will combine the workspace power of Notion with the AI capabilities of Google Cloud and Gemini to help you operate faster and smarter.
The goal? You will spend the day building a practical, AI-driven Founder OS or Personal OS that you can take home and immediately use to scale your startup or streamline your daily life.
Our main focus will be on designing and integrating AI Custom Agents directly into your workflows. Whether you are a solo founder scaling a product or a student optimising your coursework and projects, you will leave with functional tools, not just ideas.
What You Will Build & Take Away
AI Custom Agents: Build specialised agents to automate your heaviest operational lifts, research, or daily planning.
Your Custom OS: Set up a centralised Notion workspace designed for your specific needs—a Founder OS for startup scale, or a Personal OS for ultimate daily productivity.
Lightweight Workflows & Pipelines: Create tracking systems to validate startup ideas faster or manage complex university projects effortlessly.
Operational Templates: Walk away with ready-to-use frameworks you can implement on day one.
How The Day Works: This is a hands-on hackathon. Less talking, more building.
Morning Briefing & Team Formation: Come with a team or find your co-builders on the spot.
Build Session: Heads-down building. Expert mentors will be circulating all day to help you troubleshoot.
Demo & Judging: The day culminates in a showcase. Demo your AI Custom Agents to our Judges from Notion, Google Clouds, EY,... see what others have built, and compete for prizes.

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM | Doors Open & Morning Networking Meet your fellow builders, and settle into the BrainStation venue before we begin.
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM | The Tech Stack: Notion Showcases Two concise, high-impact tech talks. We will provide the specific context and frameworks needed to leverage Notion to build functional AI Custom Agents and platforms.
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM | Team Formation & Hackathon Kickoff Pitch your ideas, find your team, and start building. This is a focused time for development.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Lunch & Networking Break Take this opportunity to refuel. Step away from the keyboard, exchange ideas with other teams, and converse with our circulating mentors.
2:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Build, Ship, Scale: The Final Sprint The main build session. Mentors will be on hand to assist you with troubleshooting, so you can finalise your AI workflows before the deadline.
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Demos, Judging & Wrap-Up Pencils down! Present the AI agents you have developed, view what the community has shipped, celebrate the winners, and conclude the day with some final networking.
