​As autonomous agents start hiring each other, the question is how you pay for work you cannot verify upfront. ERC-8183 (Agentic Commerce) answers with a minimal escrow. It's where a client funds a job, a provider delivers, and a single evaluator alone releases payment or refunds. We'll ask whether collapsing trust into one attester is elegant minimalism or a single point of failure, since the spec admits a malicious evaluator can act arbitrarily with no dispute resolution.

​We'll also cover Mini-Blocks, a proposal to split each Ethereum slot into several sub-slot auctions signed by an SSV validator cluster, instead of one block every twelve seconds. The pitch is that shorter rounds cut searcher execution risk and let proposers extract more value, with faster confirmations as a bonus. The core tradeoff is a near free upgrade reusing existing PBS infrastructure versus a commit and reveal structure that introduces new failure modes the current trust model cannot fully police.
