This session invites you to explore connection through movement.
Connection to yourself, to others, and to the space between.
We’ll explore how movement can express what words cannot: intimacy, boundaries, rhythm, presence. Sometimes slow, sometimes playful: always listening.
The focus is on feeling, not form. No need to “know how to dance” — your body already does.
Bring: Comfortable clothes to move in. Optional: an object or word that reminds you of connection.
