⚠️ This edition is open exclusively to women - and anyone who identifies as a woman - who are artists or professionals working in the business and creative industries.
✨ About the Event
In celebration of International Women’s Day, Weavii is hosting a special matchmaking edition dedicated to women in the creative industry: artists, founders, producers, designers, strategists, cultural workers, and business leaders.
We’re creating a space where women can meet, exchange, and build concrete collaborations in a supportive, inspiring, and non-competitive environment.
We begin with four women working in the art industry who will share:
• What they do
• What opportunities they currently offer
• Who and what they are looking for
Through pre-curated matches and guided rotations, you’ll connect intentionally with other women working with visual artists aligned with your artistic vision, professional goals, and collaboration interests, whether for exhibitions, representation, partnerships, or collector relationships.
Whether you’re an artist, creative professional, or a business working with talent, this evening is for you.
🔄 Event Flow
6:30 PM - Arrival & Welcome
Arrive, settle in, grab a drink, and start connecting.
7:00 PM - Weavii Introduction + Opportunity Pitches
A short intro from Weavii, followed by 3-minute pitches from four women sharing what they do and what kind of artists they are looking to collaborate with:
- Valeryia Losikava - Tape artist (FABIFA), Creative Producer;
- Leila Pollak - Co-founder Pollaks;
- Katja Krämer - Founder subcultours;
- Anouk Denoyelle - Creative Project Manager at Zalando and Founder Scandale Agency.
7:30 PM - First Curated Match Round
You’ll begin with your pre-made match in a focused, guided conversation. You have 20 min per match, so use your time intentionally!
7:50 PM - Rotation
Choose your next connection based on alignment and interest.
8:10 PM - Rotation
One more opportunity to connect intentionally.
8:30 PM - Open Networking & Food
Relaxed networking with drinks and snacks available until 10 PM.

🎟 Tickets
Even though we would prefer offering these events for free, we have to charge for tickets in order to cover the costs of the venue. However, tickets include some snacks and Italian delicacies to keep you motivated throughout the evening!
